Ya estamos en Carnaval, aquí en el Baix Penedes se vive muchisimos estas fiestas, este año tampoco salgo en la rua pero iremos a verla como cada año.
Esta coca es típica de Catalunya, y junto con la butifarra de huevo y la tortilla complementan la comida del jueves lardero o dijous gras.
Nunca habría dicho que sería tan fácil hacerla, pero me anime cuando vi el tutorial del blog La Cuina de Sempre, esta muy bien explicado con paso a paso.
La he hecho siguiendo paso a paso cada indicación y me ha quedado perfecta, sólo que yo no he puesto tantos chicharones y el hojaldre no era congelado era fresco del mercadona.
Mañana me tocara hacerla en casa de mis padres pero esta vez la rellenare de cabello de ángel, es el dulce preferido de mi padre.

ResponderEliminarPero quiero hacer un dulce típico de la tierra de madre que se llaman CHICHARRONES y como su propio nombre indica necesito esa grasa llamada chicharrones, voy a preguntar al charcutero y al carnicero a ver si alguno me la puede conseguir!!!
